Heart Frame

Hi Cheapo Dies Fans!!  Lori here today and I hope you are having a lovely Saturday!  Today I am sharing a card that I made with the Exclusive Cheapo Dies Heart Frame die:

For this A2 card I started with White card stock for the base of the card.  I took a piece of green patterned paper, inked the edges with Victorian Velvet distress ink and then added it to the card.  I took the Cheapo Dies Heart Frame and cut it out three times, once in white paper, once in pink fun foam and one in gold glitter paper.  I took the white heart frame and placed it onto the card.  I took the gold glitter paper heart frame and cut the frame away from the flowers and glued it on top of the white paper.  I cut the pink fun foam flowers from the heart frame and added them to the top of the white heart.  I took some pearls and added them to the center of the flowers.  I took a hugs stamp and stamped that with Versamark in the center of the heart.  I heat embossed it with Rose Gold embossing powder.  I took some pink & gold twine and wrapped that around the card a couple of times and tied it off with the charm.

Be sure to stop by the blog often to see what the Design Team creates with these wonderful dies!!

Thanks for stopping by!

  1. Nice job on this card. I just got my heart die from Cheapo last week and have not used it yet -- except to cut it out and see how much I liked it. I always cut one of each die I have to put in a notebook so that I have a record of all the dies I own. I don't allow myself to use them until there is a sample in the book. I do the same with stamps. It is the only way I can trust myself to actually put them in the notebook!
