Helicopter by Gloria Lee

Hello everyone!
Happy Monday!!!

Gloria here today, I want to share with a cute card using Helicopter die from Cheapo Dies.

Here is what I came up with :

To create this card first, I die cut the helicopter on the white card stock and colored with Copic markers. And I die cut the helicopter again and adhere the die cut under the colored one.

Here’s a closer look at the cute die cut.

I die cut the white circle using Unbranded dotted circle die. Mounted all elements as shown a top-fold card using double-sided tape.

Have a Purrr-fect Day!

Hello All!
Darlene with you today sharing another fun creation using dies from the Cheapo Dies Store.

The die I've used today is 'Spooky Cat Cameo'

I've chosen to make my 'Spooky Cat' ... not quite so spooky!
Here's how my card came together ...

I first die cut my 'spooky cat cameo' from black card stock and copper metallic card stock.

I carefully snipped the cat from my black panel and glued it over top of my copper cat panel.

Then to add a touch of sparkle, I outlined the inside of the circle using Copper Stickles.

After my panel was good and dry,
I decided on my design and chose a relatively Clean & Simple
design to showcase this fabulous cat die.
The design paper I chose is old and I simply cut it
in two angular panels and adhered it to my card base.

My sentiment is computer generated and a
few copper colored sequins was the only
embellishment needed.

I hope you've enjoyed what I've shared today, and, if you're not familiar with Cheapo Dies, you are missing out!!!

Amber Waves of Wheat

Hello Cheapo Dies Fans!!  We have some New Exclusive Dies in the house!!  Woo Hoo!!  Lori here today and I want to share with you this card I made with the Exclusive Cheapo Dies Wheat die.

For this A2 card I started with Neenah Desert Storm paper for the base of the card.  I took a piece of Neenah Solar White paper, Fossilized Amber and Wild Honey distress inks and blended them with my blending tool on the paper and then spritzed it with water.  I took the Exclusive Wheat die and cut out the paper.  I took the maroon paper, inked the edges with the Aged Mahogany and added that to the base of the card.  I took the print paper and added that to the card.  I took some brown paper and the Exclusive Wheat die and cut that out.  I layered the inked cut on top of the brown cut and added that to the card.  I took the sentiment stamp and stamped it with Versamark underneath the wheat and then heat embossed it with Copper embossing powder.

I hope I have inspired you to create something beautiful today!

Be sure to stop back often to get some more inspiration from the Design Team!!

Hawaiian Flowers

Hello and Happy Friday!.  Marsha here sharing a flower themed card with you today.  It features the Exclusive Hawaiian Flowers Die from Cheapo Dies.

For this card, I chose a card base of bright pink.  I stenciled a background of dots on a piece of soft green cardstock.  I cut the flowers from white cardstock using the Hawaiian Flowers Die from Cheapo Dies.  After coloring the leaves and flowers, I added it to the card front using foam tape.  The sentiments were stamped on white cardstock using black ink.

Pink October

Vickie Y sharing a pink card for breast cancer awareness.  As a two time survivor of breast cancer, besides pink being my favorite color, awareness is very near and dear to my heart.

I used a paper crimper to give the background panel some texture; used white ribbon to embellish the bottom of the panel and stamped directly onto the ribbon using black ink.  To finish, I created a multi-loop bow and added some small pink flowers to the center.

Pumpkins 4 Sale

Hello All!
Darlene with you today sharing a fun Fall creation.
Everywhere I look I see pumpkins adorning everyone's front porch decorations.
I love this time of year ... going to the orchard for apples, corn stalks and pumpkins.

It used to be all you saw were the orange pumpkins, but these days you see a lot of WHITE pumpkins too along with various colored gourds.  What beautiful decorating you can do in the fall hence my wheelbarrow filled with orange AND white pumpkins.

I've used the following dies for my creation ...

A touch of burlap paper, pumpkin ribbon and a few sequins ... Viola!
My card is ready to mail to a friend to make her smile!

I hope you've enjoyed what I've shared today, and, if you're not familiar with Cheapo Dies, you are missing out!!!

Winter is for the Birds!

Hello Cheapo Dies Fans!!  Lori here today with a card I made using the Exclusive Cheapo Dies Winter Birdhouse die.

For this A2 card I started with Neenah Desert Storm paper for the base of the card.  I then took a piece of winter patterned paper, inked the edges with Faded Jeans distress ink and added it to the card. I cut out the Exclusive Winter Birdhouse die 4 times, once in white, blue, black and wood paper.  I fussy the birdhouses apart and pieced them together.  I cut out the birds with gray paper and added them to the birdhouse.  I took some stickles clear rock candy and put that on the white part of the birdhouse so it would look like snow and ice dripping down from the birdhouse.  I cut out a strip of the wood paper for the birdhouse pole and I glued all of that onto the card. I took a piece of white paper and cut out some hills and added that to the bottom of the card. I took some black ink and the sentiment stamp and stamped the sentiment onto the white paper.  I took some more of the stickles clear rock candy and ran that along the top of the white paper to make it look like ice on top of the mounds of snow.  I took a black pen and put dots on the birds for their eyes.

I hope I have inspired you to create something beautiful today!

Elf Boot Home

Hello friends!

Happy Wednesday!  It's Jess here and Wednesday is my day to share with you a new Cheapo Dies creation!

Today I decided to use the Elf Boot Home Die - it's just so darn cute!

Cheapo Dies - Elf Boot Home

Here is what I created for you:

I cut out the diecut twice - once in red and once in green. I simply used the negative cuts to fill in the red so it accented all the sections!

I used Crystal Drops in Bright Gold and Red Berry to accent the card - I tried to make the gold look like little bells!

I hope you enjoy this card!!
